bin and cue

i have got a movie but it is in a big bin file with a small file the movie is obviously in the bin and the cue just has to be with it does anyone know how to burn the movie in the two bin and cue files to a dvd for a movie

it comes up saying that there is an error do you know any other programs at all that can burn those files
