How to access "Freeze Frame" option in Imovie 09

How to I access the "Freeze Frame" option in Imovie 09? I have the Ken Burns zoom going on in a photo slideshow. I have the it zooming in on a line of type. Wanted to freeze the frame so the line of type was readable. Also wanted to be able to set the amount of time I freeze it. The option to freeze frame is supposed to exist in the drop down menu if you right click on the photo but it doesn't.
