Looking for a program that will work as well as Sophiescards did in producing my own greeting cards that were two to a sheet with finished size of 5.5.by 4.25" each. Had ability to use text inside card.

Click on the Apple logo, upper left corner. From the dropdown, pick App Store. Search for Greeting cards. I got 28 hits. What works for you is up to you to look for there.
