Information: iMac PC Yosemite Version 10.10.3 With no prior warning this occurred! Opened up Safari with full screen appearing rather than defaulting to medium size screen as before . Can not reduce size of screen when using cursor in right bottom corner screen to drag toward a 45 degree angle to window screen or drag cursor from middle right screen edge to left into window screen. In both approaches the cursor disappears into the black edges with the tip of cursor showing before trying to drag toward the full screen. Can not have correct screen appearance even when reducing with resolutions, etc. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Tried several suggestions through google with no luck. Maybe there is gnat biting behind the screen when this became an issue. Thanks!

Unless you enjoy getting lots & lots & lots of spam. I strongly suggest changing your Mac-Forums userid. Everyone on the open internet can see your gmail email address!!!

@rrbruce49:

We changed your user name by eliminating the email address part. As Nick advised you, never use your email address as a user name in a public forum. Unless you like spam bombs. ;D

For the OP's window question, is your Safari window set for "Full Screen"?

If so, try hitting your esc key, and it should go back to a normal or resizable size.
