Iphone no service problem

I bought a used iphone 5s, after i got the no service come up after a days use i was told to restore the phone , icloud is not recognising my password, even though i can log into the cloud with my imac, all i need to do is delete ''find my iphone'' but it wont let me, i swaped the sim card into my old iphone and got the same no service come up.

You obviously purchased a used iPhone where the former owner has not signed out of "Find My iPhone". That effectively keeps you locked out. However, there is a way you can sign out for the former owner but it's going to mean using the iCloud remover app which is not free: LINK
