Is it possible to restrict an ipad to one wifi network? Using the restrictions feature, is there any way you could make sure wifi is only accessed through one network?

One way is to go to settings -> WiFi -> and turn off ask to Join Networks. Only set up the network you want to join. I don't see a way to set it up in Restrictions.

If you want to restrict it further and you have access to the router of the network you want to only have access to (because someone could change the settings back and still add networks) there is always static ips. Set a static ip in the wifi settings of the network you want access to and set the router address and dns to your router's address. To be really sure you can set your router address to something non-standard too.
