Hello everyone, I'm looking for any information about any free or cheap app design software for the Mac. I want to try and design my own app.. Thank you in advance for any info...

We're going to need a lot more information here. What platform are you planning to develop for? What programming and design experience do you have? What are you (and not) familiar with?

I'm will be using OS X version 10.9.5 and I have done some coding using c-sharp on the windows 7 and 8 platforms, but now I what to try on the Mac platform

Way... way too many specs to list.
xCode.. free, and pretty much the defacto standard for ObjC/Swift development on Macs

Do you have a language preference? There are a whole host of languages available including .NET languages.
