Bypass Activation Lock 6 Plus

One of my employees was let go back in september - Just got my iphone back. He set up his iCloud crap on the device and I'm locked out. Any tool out there I can use to bypass this? Tried to download Doulci a million times but it comes up as malware....

Hello - please provide a better explanation - my assumption is that you run a business and you fired an employee late last year - your employee had an iPhone (assume provided by you?) which was just returned to you - correct?

Not sure what you mean by 'just got my iPhone back'? Was this your personal phone or one given to your employee? If the device is locked into an iCloud account, you would need to delete the phone from that account (of course requiring a sign-in w/ a user name & password) - add some more information for better advice - Dave

Yes... He was arrested and I just yesterday got the device, my company owned device, back from the da... I cannot reach the ex employee to determine his sign in info
