Can't change password

Trying to change my iCloud password. I enter my Apple ID, the screen says "email sent", go to email, not in inbox, not in junk, not in other email accounts...effing nowhere. WHAT-THE-EF!

Please tell us how you are trying to change your password for the iCloud account? For myself, I would go to the iCloud website in a browser (as in Safari below) - there both your Apple ID and old PW would need to be entered - once signed into the service, the PW can be changed. Dave
