right click dialog box keyboard shortcut for excel

Is there a keyboard shortcut to activate the mouse right-click dialog box on excel?

Try holding the Control key down when you click.

Thank you all for your feedback. Actually, I just switched from PC to Mac and, since I'm a heavy excel user, I would like to use only keyboard-based shortcuts - avoiding any interaction with the mouse - in order to work faster.
