DVI adapter

Ok, I got a used PowerMac G4. It has a ATI Radeon 9000 Pro AGP graphics card installed. I need to get an DVI adapter so I can use my vga monitor with it. My question is how do I know which DVI adapter to buy? I see that there's DVI-A,
DVI-I, and DVI-D. I've looked at the back and there are 24 pin hole plus the spot to the left. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

Thanks....................Dave
