I can open iTunes via Terminal:
Show Package Contents:
Contents/MacOS/iTunes

But this is worth until I quit iTunes.
Any Help ?

Are you saying that you do not have an iTunes.app in the Applications folder ? Or on the Dock ?
Beats me why you would want to open iTunes from a package file using the terminal.

iTunes resides in the application folder and in the dock, but it do not launch when clicking.
Clicking the iTunes exe file will do and staying alive until I quit.

There is no such thing as an iTunes.exe file that you can launch on OS X.
Can you tell us what is really happening ?

Also, let's answer the basic questions as well : What OS are you running on, what Mac, memory size etc ...

I run 10.10.3, free memory 170 GB, iTunes 10.1.2
Meanwhile I got an answer from Apple Support Community, I should unlock iTunes and move it to the trash,
then new installation.
I will try this .

I don't know about "unlocking" it, but I'd sure agree with the Trash and reinstall, and the answer from the Apple Support Community got to you first I guess from somewhere else. Oh well, nothing like multiple postings to get an answer I guess. ;D

Glad you got it working.
Feel free to share the solution so others can benefit from your experience.
