Fonts problem - extensis suitcase - reset

I had some problems with fonts in Extensis Suitcase X1 so I decided to trash the software and reinstall. Since they are no «uninstall» fonction in OS/X, when I try to re-install Suitcase my computer keep telling me that I already have a version on my machine... I trashed everything containing the name «extensis» or «suitcase»... I don't get it.

Since then the system fonts seems to be ****ed... Especially in MAIL.

Is there any way to reset system fonts without reinstall Tiger?...

Yes there is. somewhere in the system preferences application you can set system fonts... I'll look more specifically when I get a chance.
