After installing 10.10.3 my Finder quit working. The fix, reported on another forum, was to delete the Finder plist. After doing so, Finder is working correctly again, but it put three new Icons on my Desktop that I don't want there. They are for the three Disks that are mounted.

If I try to drag them to Trash, I get a message asking if I want to Eject them. I don't want to eject them as they are for my CCC and TM.

I wanted to post a picture of my Desktop, but don't see where I can do this with this first post.

Removed picture because of sensitive stuff on it.

Go to Finder -> Finder(menu) -> Preferences -> General uncheck the box(es) for the drives you don't want to see or show their icon on your Desktop.
