Do you mean that you are paying a larger percentage to taxes than Apple is paying? To answer that question, which is more political than technical, we would need to know more about where you are located.
I can almost guarantee you though that Apple, and most other companies for that matter, are paying what the various laws and loopholes are requiring them to pay.
Assume for a moment that Apple's taxes in your area were to double for example: Those costs would likely be passed on to the consumer in the form of higher prices. Businesses, as a general rule do not just "eat" the cost of new taxes for long before passing them on to the consumer.
