How can I make Apple pay due taxes in the country I bought my device ?

I am asking because I discovered I was paying proportionally more taxes than Apple !!

Do you mean that you are paying a larger percentage to taxes than Apple is paying? To answer that question, which is more political than technical, we would need to know more about where you are located.

I can almost guarantee you though that Apple, and most other companies for that matter, are paying what the various laws and loopholes are requiring them to pay.

Assume for a moment that Apple's taxes in your area were to double for example: Those costs would likely be passed on to the consumer in the form of higher prices. Businesses, as a general rule do not just "eat" the cost of new taxes for long before passing them on to the consumer.

I purchased my device in Western Europe where Apple is far from paying the taxes it is due to. What is happening is that major firms are avoiding taxes and Apple is a leader in doing so. It appears that they do so locating their activity in tax havens which are shortcuts to many troubles (ex: Ireland in the case of Apple). Yes this is a rather economic or political issue and we can't ignore it, as customers and citizens, given the impact of such behaviour on redistribution schemes. These very redistribution schemes have made public policies to be possible. I know very well different countries where such schemes failed a long ago or never existed, where very few people can enjoy laptops, other devices, watter supply or medical services.

Contact a politician. There's not much else you can do.
