Hi,

I downloaded music onto my Shuffle and now it won't play anything.

When I turn it on, the green light on the front stays on but doesn't play any music. I know the green light is not supposed to stay on constantly.

When I look at my Shuffle on iTunes, it shows the music on there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Trapz

I don't know why it would do that, but maybe if you reset it (erase it too) and put your music back on, it might solve the problem.

It is possible, that your music is unplayable. One point many people overlook is that iTunes can playback more formats than iPod.

But ... this can't be because it says the music is on the iPod, it wouldn't transfer it unless it were playable.
