I have created a two-column table in Pages. In the left column the text is in German; in the right column the text is in English. When I did this is Word, I selected the left column and arranged the spellchecker to operate in German; by the same token, I selected the right column and arranged the spellchecker to operate in English. I'm sure this must be possible in Pages but cannot make it work.
