Just done the OSX security update now cannot access IMAC

Hi, having major issue with imac. did the security update on IMAC and now it has held on loading screen for 1h30 mins. WHAT SHOULD I DO? ?

Try pushing the power button and restarting your iMac. Without telling us anything about your iMac and what version of OS X it's running, that's the best suggestion for now.
