What is a Mini 2, or do you mean also?
If that is the case yes you can. I use a trackpad with my iMac, with a wireless keyboard and a docking wand.

Pointing devices (mouse, trackpad) are not supported for use with iPads. The answer is no. I can't imagine why you would even need to use a trackpad with your iPad Mini?
