Gmail archived messages deleted in error

HELP I've accidentally deleted archived gmail messages on my macbook. Retrieved the last 30 days from Trash but don't know if or how I can recover the remainder. Has anyone got an answer please?

Re-download them from the gmail server. Unless you specifically have your mail setup so that mail is removed from the server after it's been downloaded, all your mail should still be on the gmail server. Just access your account from the web and move the missing mail to your inbox.

The second method of restoring your mail is to use Time Machine and restore from your backup.
