Civ 5 stopped loading

I'm assuming by "Civ 5" you mean the game Civilization 5?
Maybe something got messed up/confused…and that's why you're getting this error. I would try two things:
1. Try downloading, installing, and running the free maintenance app. Onyx:
Titanium Software - OnyX
Install the app, launch it, and press the "Automation" button. Then let it do its thing. This may help reorganize things so things work properly.
2. If you got this app. from the Apple Store. You could try redownloading it & reinstalling it.
