Submitting an app - Status updates

What's the longest you've had to wait to have an app that you've submitted move from "Waiting to Review" to "In Review". My past experience has been about 2 days max but I recently submitted an app and have been waiting about 5 days so far. Is this normal?

Yes, it is. I've waited upwards of a week before. This website gives you a pretty good estimate about wait times.
