Having a problem with a startup item not opening automatically to my home page

I used to be able to turn on my Mac Mini and during the start-up procedure Firefox would automatically open to my homepage. Not any more, must have messed up a setting somewhere. Can anybody help? tks Ken

21" iMac 2.9Ghz 16GB RAM - 10.11.3, iPhone6s & iPad Air 2 - iOS 9.2.1, ATV 4Th Gen tvOS, ATV3
Open FireFox, then in the Menubar, click Firefox>Preferences>General, then Type a Web address in the "Home Page" field to set your default home page.

To set it using a bookmark, click the "Use Bookmark" button and select a bookmark. Close the Firefox preferences window.

Tks Mac. New about that part, changed the url for the homepage, hope that works. Will retry later and tks again, Ken
