So a used computer at a store I work at came in and its the HI_REZ! 1600x1050! I wanted one so bad when I got mine and I'm thinging about trading mine fore it but I don't want to trade for a computer that just happenes to be binned slower.

This is my computer http://browser.primatelabs.com/geekbench2/view/2540380

and these are what I ran on the traded in comp, is my extra ram (which I will swap) making my computer faster? I know these scores are like withing 1% of each other just want to make sure.

1% difference in the scores would be a score difference of about 120. The actual difference is 11 points...which amounts to 0.1% difference. This is called test variation.:)

Run the test 3x on each computer...and you will see that the test scores will vary within the same computer being tested.

From the benchmark testing perspective...8gig or 16gig of ram does not seem to be making a difference. But...the 16gig could certainly come in handy in other situations.:)
