iPhone 6/iOS 8 unable to receive email

Can send/receive iMessages, but not email. I have searched YouTube for remedy but no answer. Probably a settings change needed somewhere. Hoping for an answer here before calling Applecare support. Thanks in advance for any help!

Do you get any error messages? How is your email configured? Have you checked the settings?
