Hello Everyone,

I am trying to boot my computer from a Windows XP CD so I can install it on a partitioned disk. I have OS X 10.9.5. After hours of googling, I am at a loss here. When I try to boot from a CD of Windows XP, I am getting this message:

Windows NT has found only 352K of low memory. 512K of low memory is required to run Windows NT. You may need to upgrade your computer or run a configuration program provided by the manufacturer."

Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem so I can boot from the Windows XP cd? Thank you very much.

You've provided us with no specs on your Mac. Year and Model? And why are you trying to boot your Mac from a Windows XP CD to install it? You should be using Boot Camp to install Windows XP. And since you haven't told us which Mac you have, we have no idea if you can even install Windows XP.
