mp4 to DVD

I need a free, if possible, converter to convert MP4 to DVD. Only have about 60 files. I am on a short deadline and need help. Saw this on top of this page and tried it and got this:
There is no application set to open the document “video-converter-ultimate-mac-dco_full967.dmg.part”. Help please, thanks.
Running OS 10.9.5

It's only part of the download. (.part means it's either still downloading or did not finish properly or was abruptly aborted.)

Assuming that you need a dvd that you want to play in a DVD Player, you don't need a converter, you need a dvd authoring program. If you haven't got iDVD, then try the free Burn:
Burn - Home

Just ensure that you make a Video DVD.
