Can send but not receive mail

Hi, I have a MacBook Pro 2009 OS X Yosemite version 10.10.2. Everything is up to date and running smoothly as far as I can tell except mail. I can send emails but am not receiving them. I have iCloud, sympatico and outlook mail accounts. Last night my brother sent a bunch of pictures - they didn't come thru nor does anything after. All emails are coming thru fine to my iPhone including the pictures. Connection Doctor says "Login to server succeeded" for all accounts. Tried taking mail off line and then on line. Tried rebooting the computer and still no go. Not sure what else to try - thanks
