Mac OS 9.1 clean harddrive

I have an old Bondi Blue computer, with OS 9.1. I want to donate the computer, but I don't know if I've removed all my personal information. How can I make sure all my stuff is off the hard disk?

Do you still have your OS 9.1 disk? If not, you may be able to pick one up on eBay and then do a format of the hard drive with it.

I'll bet if I dig far enough back, I do have those disks. I have all the other system disks…. I'll give that a try.

Thanks for the suggestion. Hope I am navigating this site correctly. I have gotten in such a rut the last few years, I've almost forgotten how to do the advanced stuff anymore.
