When running a speed test from an iPhone 6, should the speed on LTE for downloads and uploads be 5X faster than running the same test while on my home WiFi?

Depends on the speed of your home internet via your ISP (there are different speeds available)…and it depends on the WiFi equipment you have (there are different WiFi routers).
