If anybody has used FL studio and seen the Fruity Dance plugin, this is essentially what I am looking for, but without FL studio.
Just a dancing picture (small) that resides on my screen and I can move around.
If this does not exist, wheres a good place to start coding one for OSX? I've messed a little with programming IOS apps, and I'm an experienced C++ and Java programmer.
