e-mail...contacts

I am in a group discussion. The original creator has 75 address in the group. Is there a way to add all 75 address to my own contacts in my address book without adding them one by one?

Have him export the contacts to a "vcf" file and give you a copy of the file. Then all you need to do is import the "vcf" file into your contacts.app. They will all automatically be imported alphabetically.
