Why OSX asks me the password for external driver every time

Spec: macbook pro 13" retina(2013 late), connect with Transcent 2T external drive, OSX 10.10.2
The partition of this external disk: [A]1.75T/exFAT(put my data) + 256MB/encrypted logical partition(for Time-Machine or put some data seldom used).
BTW, this external drive is not connected all the time.

First time after I prepare this external disk, system prompts me to enter the password for once, and I can put data to again without any password request even if system is restarted.
However, the password prompt displays every time if I add/del files or folders on now. What's wrong with it? In the 'keychain' I can find the password item for this external drive. Does this keychain item still work? Need help, thanks!
ps. sorry, I go to the wrong place and should post this thread in MBP board, but I can't find the way to move there.

Normal. Anytime you make changes, FileVault is going to ask you for your password.
