blocked plug-in

I have downloaded the latest Adobe flash player several times but Youtube still gets blocked

We need a lot more information. And what do you mean by blocked??? Youtube does not require Adobe Flash Player. They offer a variety of formats and will match what your computer needs. On my mac I have adobe flash set so I have to click on it to give permission to play but when I go to Youtube all their videos will play without permission because the site picks a format that will work for the mac.
