can I download an app on my facebook pro for Facetime. I have it on my Ipod but not on my Macbook pro

Thanks for the quick reply. I have never downloaded from the app store on my computer I get a screen to sign into it in order to proceed. Is it safe to do that? I am such a neophyte when it comes to apps on my computer. I am better at it with my Ipod!

Yes. It is safe. You'll be asked to create an account with an Apple Id and assign a method of payment to the account. If you already have an Apple ID I think you can use that to create the account.
