Today I installed a Samsung 850 Evo SSD into my MacBook Pro 2010, along with 4GB X 2 of Crucial memory.
Did a clone of old HD with Super Duper.
Last HD was Seagate Momentus XT
The reason for upgrade far TOO many incidences of the dreaded spinning wheel, very slow internet page loading, slow Photoshop, Garageband etc.
After the cloned disk install boot up time even slower!!!
Is this due to existing apps- programs -software that might be slowing system down?
Please advise, I thank you for your answers in advance
I really do not want to do a fresh install as have passkeys for apps- etc
