Your Mac's Specs
Mac Mini: OSX 10.15.6 Catalina, 8GB Ram, Samsung Series 5 SC570 monitor, Seagate external drive.
Here's the problem:
Running the latest Firefox and on any page on the web I can re-size the screen but when I click, hold and try to DRAG/ REPOSITION the page on my monitor it doesn't move.
Doesn't happen with any of the apps such as Pages and Quicktime.
Thank you in advance.

At the very least, we need to know what version of OSX you have. Never hurts to supply information about your particular Mac as well. Better to present specs that are irrelevant to your problem than to not post those that are.

OSX is 10.9.5
No problem working in Safari.
Perhaps a re-install of Firefox is what's needed.

A .plist file holds basic information about how a program is configured. When you change the settings in a program it's generally stored in a plist file.

Plist files are stored inside your user folder in a folder called preferences. In OS X 10.7 and higher that library folder is hidden. You have to make the folder visible before you can do anything.

Once that's done look for a Preferences folder. The Firefox info you need will be in there. Move the Firefox plist somewhere else like the Desktop. When you re-launch Firefox it will create a new file. This should clear any problems due to a corrupted file.

If you don't mind sharing...let us know the solution (or the solution that worked for you). Other folks reading this thread may want to know in the future.:)
