Corrupt Mail App. Yosemite

Good day
Well, still have problems with mail Yosemite.
Can't send mail.

If I go with FIREFOX, go to Hotmail a/c, all is fine. Able to see all functions.

If I delete the mail APP, may I copy a new Mail App from another computer to the defective one?
The file is about 41mb.
