I have a powerbook running 10.3.9
Everything has been running fine - until now. When I open Mail, it takes a few extra seconds to open and then 'unexpected quits' - everytime.
I've tried repairing permissions, but its still the same.
It will seem to stay open if I create a new profile
Any suggestions would be appreicated - please keep it simple if possible

Have you tried reinstalling Mail from the discs that came with your computer?

Have you tried dragging the mail folder out of preferences onto your desktop and then setting up your mail account again. I had so much trouble with mail I use thunderbird now.
