Hello

Apologies if I have chosen the wrong category. I have a mac mini and whenever I use vnc to remotely login to it all I can see is the login screen. Remote login and remote management are enabled in "system preferences". I am already logged ot my mac mini and I have programs opened, why it doesn't share the screen?

By the way I did try enabling "screen sharing" but it did not make any difference.

Any suggestions please?

Many thanks

Have you tried logging in using a different VNC client? Have you tried logging in when you see the login screen?

I get the same effect when I remotely login to another mac on the network.
At the login screen there are 2 accounts.

The admin account which I can use to login and the other one is the user's account with a green tick next to it telling me that the user is currently logged in.

But I need to see the user's screen, I don't want to login as admin. The user is already logged in but I can't see his screen.
