Computer name keeps changing

My computer name keeps changing automatically after upgrading to Yosemite. It keeps appending a number to the end of the computers name, and every once in a while that number will increment itself. If I change the computer name back in system preferences, the incrementing just starts back at (2).

I am Running Yosemite 10.10.1 And in Apple > Preferences > Sharing on my MBP I notice that My Macbook-Pro-6.local the computer name is My MacBook Pro (2) which is correct since it's my second MBP. however the sharing address was My Macbook-Pro-6.local. I simply clicked Edit and changed it to My Macbook-Pro-2.local. I then restarted and repaired Permissions in Disk Utility. It has not changed since.
