Temperature sensor

Has anyone heard of a temperature sensor that can be easily hooked up to a computer?

I need one to put on my central heating system radiator to warn me if the system should break down whilst on holiday during these cold weather spells.

I've looked everywhere but without success. Regards.

There are lots & lots of solutions…and not all of them need to be via computer. Do an internet search with a search term like…"home temperature monitoring via internet".
