Mac and Photoshop problem

I had no problems with my iMac...it worked fine with my HP printer which is about two years old. A few months ago it quit printing documents from Photoshop CS5 but still prints from everything else. If I tell it to print from PS, it immediately shuts down PS. I have restarted the iMac, I have uninstalled PS and reinstalled. No success. Any suggestions?
