How does World of Warcraft run on the Powerbook 1.67Ghz, the widesreen model? I want to start playing it but I worry how it will handle it. I currently have 512MB of RAM, would boosting it up help? Say 1.25GB or even the 2GB max? Thanks.

You'll definantly need more ram, 1.25GB would probably do ok.

I have 1.5 Gigs of Ram and the 64MB graphics card and it plays fine

It runs great if you have the right amount of RAM. I run it at 1154xwhatever (the widescreen res right below 1440x900) resolution on my setup with high texture detail, terrain distance turned down, and a few other modifications. I'm sure you could pump out the 1440x900 resolution and still find the game playable, but "playable" isn't enough for a PvP server. :)

Hey thanks for the replies. I going to give it go after I upgrade the RAM. Once again this forum has proven to be very helpful.
