Question Marks the Spot

Why do I get a big "?" (question mark) each time I try to play Quicktime videos from a website

example:

appletrailers.com

I can't watch the X3 preview because it only pops up the "?" instead of the movie

Everytime? That's odd. Quicktimes Question mark is only shown if a certain source is not found (a 404 error)
