I just ordered a Mac Mini and the Samsung SE-506CB/RSWD 6X USB 2.0 Slim Blu-ray Writer External Drive (White).This drive is rated as one of the best for Macs. What is the best recommended Blu-ray player software for the Mac?

Check this out. Keep in mind that Blue Ray Player software for the Mac or PC is not inexpensive.
