Open iTunes. Click on "File" from the top menu, click on "Add to Library". A Finder dialog will then open. Just navigate to where your music is stored, click on the first song, hold down your shift key and then click on the last song. (Just like in Windows.)
It'll take a while for iTunes to import all your music so be patient. You can watch the progress bar at the top of the iTunes window.
