Private Browsing in Safari

Hi All,
Is there a trusted app that works with Safari so I can surf the web in private? There is a in-private mode on IE on my PC. Here is a good reason to use it. I checked the last min. club for vacation price. I went back an hour later and the price had gone up for the same trip. Then someone told me about the site monitoring you and taking advantage of it, and recommended private browsing. I went back to the same site, same trip, and the price was less than the two previous searchs. I'm hoping there is something similar for Safari that I can trust on my iMac. Any recommendations?

Go to File > New Private Window. Simple as that.

Well that was real easy! Thank you very much vansmith. I'm loving this iMac more and more, and I might just skip bootcamp partition this time, and chuck my 100 dollar windows 8 in with the floppy disks.
