I need to remotely access my parents computer several states away to make system preference changes and install apps.
My Mac: MacMini 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 running 10.6.8
Parent’s Mac: iMac 2.8 GHz Intel Core 2 running 10.5.8
I assume Remote access is the best way to do this but have never used it.
What version should I use and are there some basic instructions available online?
